Terms and Conditions

We have made this TERMS OF CONSIGNMENT AND PAYMENT as stress-free as possible for you. Please ask yourself the following questions :

1. All gowns must be less than 10 years old.
2. Is your gown New? If not, Has it been Cleaned?
3. Does your gown have No Stains, Holes, Snags, Rips, or Tears?
4. Please tell us if any alterations were made to your gown(s).
5. Please provide us with receipts and a photo of each item you are interested in consigning.
6. All Consignments last 1 year unless you state otherwise.
7. You have the right to cancel the contract at any time with a 24-hour warning.
8. All Consigning Contracts are a 50/50 split.
9. After the sale of the item(s), you will receive an email or text, whichever you prefer, stating the sale and the amount that we will be sending to you in the mail by check within five business days from the day of communication. * So make sure we have your correct address*
10. If we are unable to make contact with you within 1 month from the day of the sale, you will forfeit the payment, and all proceeds will stay with My Infinite Bridal.
11. If your item(s) DO NOT SALE at the end of your contract, you could pick up your item or items within a 48-hour of notice or DONATE the items to My Infinite Bridal.
12. If you would like to mail your gowns to us. Please confirm everything above is acceptable and your gown is folded neatly in the correct shipping box for bridal gowns. We also would like you to wait for the confirmation email to move forward from My Infinite Bridal before shipping.
13. Due to the delicate nature of the items in the shop, we ask that NO children under the age of 10 be allowed in the shop unless you are a new Mom nursing.
14. We Accept all forms of payment, but checks must be local! 
15. WHEN PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, Please bring the FOLLOWING: proper Bra, Sculpting Wear, or Nipple Covers. Socks or Slippers.  No Shoes will be worn at the appointments when trying on a Gown! Unless you say yes to the dress and would like a photo with the shoes that you have provided. Also, if you have a vision board please send a picture of it to our shop phone at 580-956-0929 so our stylist can prepare properly for your visit.
16. If you need to cancel your appointment please give us 48 hrs notice.
17. We will not ask you to provide us with a credit card to hold an appointment but will ask you to pay the appointment amount upon arrival before the appointment begins.
18. All Off The Rack Dresses are all CASH ONLY!
19. We will NOT hold dresses unless a deposit is made of $25, and you agree to pick up the dress within 48 hours from the date the deposit was made.
20. Lastly, we will Allow Layaway with half down and a promise to pick up within 1 month from the date of the agreement.
